United by Crisis at the 28th EAA Annual Meeting in Budapest

On September 3rd, we introduced United by Crisis for the first time at an international scientific conference! Julia Längauer and Jakob Maurer presented the project on site in Budapest at the 28th Annual Meeting of the European Association of Archaeologists. As the main archaeological data source of UBC will be finds from surface collections, the hybrid session on “Stone Age Stray Finds and How to Use Them” by K.A. Bergsvik, K. Johanson & B. Nilsson was the perfect fit for a first methodological discussion of our Citizen Science-concept!
