In the near future, we will be present aspects of "United by Crisis?" at two publicly accessible events, to which we warmly invite you. We look forward to your visit!

Maria Teschler-Nicola und Friederike Novotny – "Which diseases and signs of stress can we identify on historical human skeletal remains?"

MAMUZ Mistelbach – Saturday, June 1 from 9:50 AM to 5:00 PM
Lower Austrian Archaeology Day 2024

In a lecture with the participation of team member Julia Längauer, new findings about the Zwentendorf-Hofwiese site will be presented. The site was investigated as part of "United by Crisis?" through a survey, which revealed numerous Early Neolithic finds. To our surprise, a geophysical survey also uncovered a Middle Neolithic monument.
